Established in 2023 by Dr. Robert Morales, Equilibrium Mental Health Services was founded to enhance access and quality of mental health care. Drawing on extensive experience in the community mental health setting, Dr. Morales recognized the need for a more holistic, integrated approach—one that addresses mental health alongside physical health, lifestyle factors, social and cultural determinants of health.
